Yes, Online Notary services are legal in Massachusetts. Significant changes were made to Massachusetts notarial law as of January 1, 2024. According to Massachusetts General Laws. C. 222 Section 28, a Massachusetts-approved, registered notary can practice and notarize documents remotely.
